Annual Cap for Prosecution Services: <br /> <br />2025 $50,000 per year with hourly rates in Section C.1. below <br />2026 $55,000 per year with hourly rates in Section C.1. below <br />2027 $60,000 per year with hourly rates in Section C.1.below <br />2028 through the term of this contract. The annual Prosecution Services Cap, Hourly Rates, <br />and Costs Cap will increase commensurate with the increase approved by the City to non -union <br />employees for the term of this contract. <br /> <br />B. Legal Fees For Additional Services: Legal fees for legal services not included in Criminal <br />Prosecution Services: <br /> <br />Upon request of the City, hourly rates set forth in Section C.2. <br /> <br />C. Hourly Rates: We will send the City a monthly billing statement of the legal services provided. <br />The minimum billing increment is 0.2 hour. We will bill at the following hourly rates: <br /> <br /> 1. Prosecution Services: <br /> Attorneys $140.00 <br /> Legal Assistants/Law Clerks $100.00 <br /> <br /> 2. Additional Services: <br /> Attorneys $180.00 <br /> Legal Assistants/Law Clerks $110.00 <br /> <br />D. Costs: Out-of-pocket costs without mark-up include: <br /> Lexis (only if used for Orono matters) <br /> postage of 50¢ or more <br /> photocopies at 20¢ per page <br /> color copies at 40¢ per page <br /> court related costs, including court filing fees, expert witnesses (with prior consent of City), <br />subpoenas, service of process, and court reporter fees <br /> conflict attorneys’ fees and costs. <br /> <br />65
