After consideration of the proposed project, it is my recommendation to approve the sewer and <br />water extensions and to waive the connection fees. The parcels impacted are with in the MUSA <br />per the City's Comprehensive plan as lake shore lots to be connected to sewer when possible. <br /> However one item to note is that they are large lots and will impact the Met Council's sewer <br />density calculation and therefore may impact future comp plan amendment requests by the city. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to <br />a.
