Council <br />further directed staff to draft a resolution for such denial <br />while incorporating language for approval of the conditional use <br />permit and variance for grading and retaining walls in the 0-75' <br />zone. <br />This application was tabled at applicants' request on <br />January 22, 1990 by a vote of 3-1. The applicants have proposed <br />no changes in their request since the January 8th meeting.
