0-14 <br />C ITT OF SRONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 650 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT AT <br />2251 PINE RIDGE LANE AND 2250 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />FILE NO. 15-3758 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, CLIFFORD L. OTTEN AND LOUISE W. OTTEN, husband and wife, <br />(hereinafter the "Owners") are owners of the property located at 2251 Pine Ridge Lane within <br />the City of Orono, Minnesota and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 2, EAST WILLOW WOODS, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />AND <br />The South half of Pine Ridge Lane, as vacated per City of Orono Resolution No. <br />2803, Document No. 2132368, Hennepin County Records, subject to easements <br />and restrictions of record, if any; <br />(hereinafter the "Otten Parcel"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is owner of the property located <br />at 2250 Wayzata Boulevard and legally described as follows: <br />Outlot B, EAST WILLOW WOODS, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br />"Outlot B"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Owners and the City have agreed to conditions in which <br />ownership of a portion of the Otten Parcel will be transferred to the City for use as a site for a <br />municipal well, which requires approval of a lot line rearrangement to relocate the lot boundary <br />line between the properties; and <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
