"Lot, Buildable" — A lot or combination of lots <br />or outlots which meet all of the requirements of the Zoning Chapter <br />of the City Code and this Chapter for the intended purpose. <br />26. "Lot, Outlot" - A lot which is intended only for <br />public or private roadways, open space or other use, which use must <br />be restricted by the appropriate easement and which use must be <br />approved by the City at the time of final plat approval.
