It shoul . .• noted that at no time did a <br />survey submitted for the previous land use applications nor for <br />the building permit, did the deck area appear on the survey. The <br />deck and gazebo were discovered at the time the varianc« <br />application for the deck at the property to the north was <br />reviewed by staff. At approximately that time, the DNR had <br />contacted staff to seek information regarding the sand blanket <br />which was discovered by the DNR Inspectors. The applicants have <br />proceeded with the required after-the-fact t>lIcatlon with the <br />DNR. Staff has received no final informatior/ as to the esolve <br />of the sand blanket.
