The State of Minnesota has appropriate <br />isdiction over the only Intermediate Arterial in the City. <br />”«nnepin County Department of Transportation has jurisdiction over <br />y Minor Arterial designated in the Plan. It is anticipated that <br />in County will assume jurisdiction in the future over the City- <br />'.t ring route link between County Road 19 and County Road 6. <br />*.epin County has jurisdiction over most of the designated Scenic <br />tways which is ap ropriate in that these roads serve as access to <br />* Minnetonka and to County maintained landings for many County <br />.dents who do not reside in Orono. The City has jurisdiction over <br />:e Scenic Parkways that are away from the immediate lakeshore, <br />uding the access road to the Orono Golf Course. <br />City has appropriate jurisdiction of most of the Collector and all <br />•le local streets which serve all Orono residents.
