Water Structures and Environment Committee January 13, 1990 <br />f ^ <br />Foster spoke in favor of the application, <br />detailing the many amenities the City furnishes the public. <br />Chris Lindstrom,20050 Lakeview Avenue. Deephaven, commented <br />on the need for sanitary facilities such as garbage removal and <br />portable rest rooms being required as an amenity at all <br />facilities including the proposed fishing pier. <br />Diane McCarthy, 19765 Lakeview Avenue, Deephaven, commented <br />that this increase in traffic would create a safety hazard. <br />Robert Loeffel, 19605 Chimo West, Deephaven, questioned why <br />they have to increase what they have, adding to an already <br />congested bay. <br />Colleen Ryan. 19785 Lakeview Avenue. Deephaven, questioned <br />the location of the additional thirty parking spaces. <br />Bill Frank,. 19575 Chimo West, commented on the increased <br />density in a small bay. Can enforcement be maintained? <br />Howard Bennis, Deephaven CounciImember, noted the <br />elimination of the buoys will open up more space in the bays. <br />Jennifer Young, 20035 Lakeview Avenue, raised questions <br />about hardship and the impact of the amenities. <br />Foster moved, Bjorlin seconded, tabling of the application. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />5.
