The
previous applicant and owner had been advised by a structural
engineer that the existing foundation was adequate.
Unfortunately, the unplanned, excessive cofts has forced Ms.
Whitney to sell the property.
The current applicant proposes no changes from the plans
originally approved in Application #1432. The application
involves merely the replacement of the existing foundation under
the existing structure located in front of the average lakeshore
setback line. The previous elevations submitted for Application
#1432 are applicable for this review (Exhibit H).
