Finance Director's Memo Dated 12/5/91 <br />ISSUE <br />Approval of end of the year transfers between funds. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />At the end of each year the Council is requested to formally <br />transfer monies between funds. These transfers fall into two <br />categories; <br />a.) Budgeted Transfers - Items designated in that years <br />budget when originally adopted. These require formal <br />fund transfer to implement. <br />b.) Fund Obligations - Loans and payments from one fund <br />to another to reimburse expenses incurred by one fund on <br />behalf of another. This is generally for City portions <br />of special assessments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommend approval <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the interfund <br />operating transfers# loan payments and special assessment <br />payments on City property be approved as presented# effective <br />December 31# 1991.
