Along the northern <br />portions it can be designated at a 25' minimal width as <br />it extends southward within the area of the outlet from <br />the lagoon and the culvert under Orono Orchard Road, <br />the easement should be expanded to Include the area of <br />the outlet of the lagoon at the east to the top of the <br />bank at the west. <br />The residential pad shall be designated as lots on the <br />final plat. It is recommended that 10* drainage and <br />utility easements be provided along all exterior <br />boundaries of each lot. Drainage and utility easements <br />need only be shown at 5* widths on either side of <br />Interior lot lines. <br />1 Final resolve of the water quality issues raised by the <br />Watershed District in their preliminary review. As <br />already noted by the Orono consultant, there appears to <br />be a negligible Impact on water quality. <br />Applicant to develop a final development plan that will <br />include all necessary Information for the development <br />of each residential lot.
