Under the <br />two~stage scenario^ applicant would not be asking for any <br />variancer *nd would appear to have the right to request a 2 lot <br />plat, providing an outlot for future developement of the adjacent <br />property. <br />With this background information. Council may wish to <br />consider granting a variance to allow construction of a driveway <br />rather than a paved road. The other option is to deny the <br />variance, which would force the applicant to go through the two- <br />stage process in order to complete his subdivision as proposed. <br />Staff Wa pn—snilstion <br />Council is asked to address each of the issues noted above, <br />and take conceptual action to either approve, conditionally <br />approve or deny this application, directing staff to draft the <br />appropriate resolutions for your November 25 meeting. <br />Isv <br />y.r-----
