It was suggested that the same ad <br />run In the Stmr Tribune, changing the salary range and due date. <br />01ds« Wright, Pattrin and Brancel agreed to serve as the resume’ <br />screening committee, meeting on Wednesday, November 6, to go <br />through resume’s and set up the interviewing process. Wilczek <br />reminded Watts to give her job description to the screening com <br />mittee. Watts then suggested that a commissioner should plan to <br />come in to the office to oversee the transition, and stated that <br />it had been the treasurer last time. Wilczek agreed to do that. <br />Motion 10.IS.91.S: Olds moved that Treasurer Wilczek oversee <br />the transition to the new administrator. Wright seconded. The <br />motion passed by a vote of 4-0 with one abstention (Wilczek). <br />Watts suggested job descriptions for the production <br />coordinator and administrator be changed to indicate more <br />production responsibility for the production coordinator, <br />allowing the administrator more time for access development ano <br />public relations work. <br />Motion 10.15.91.6I Pattrin moved to accept the job description <br />recommendations as outlined by Watts. Olds seconded. The mo <br />tion passed unanimously. <br />Staff would draft these proposals for action at the full <br />commission meeting. <br />b> Proposal to Cities re: cable outages <br />Motion 10.15.91.7: Wilczek moved to table the proposal to <br />cities regarding cable outages. Pattrin seconded. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />o> Request from Vaconia Community Education <br />Waconia Community Education had requested franchise fee funos <br />to support a staff position for video production at their <br />studio. Watts suggested that a policy be developed to deal with <br />this type of request in the future. <br />Motion 10.IS.91.Bt Olds moved staff be directed to respond to <br />Waconia Community Education that assets are available to all <br />subscribers and cannot be assigned, and that the access <br />development committee prepare a policy to be presented to the <br />Commission. Wilczek seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br />d> Metro Cable Network Fundraiser/Talent Show <br />No action was taken. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion 10.IS.91.9I Wilczek moved to adjourn the meeting <br />Wright seconded.
