Upon vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. Staff indicated that this is the last project in <br />MC-19 subwatershed. <br />the <br />A<i«iitlonal wlD Rao Permit <br />Staff indicated that it had received an application for a <br />permit to apply 94 lineal feet of rip rap, to be constructed of <br />mixed fieldstone. The applicant is Robert Jooke of 6590 Bayview <br />in the City of victoria. Staff reviewed the application and <br />concluded that it meets all District rules. Cliff Reep appeared <br />on behalf of the applicant and indicated that he was aware that <br />the application was late, but requested that the permit be <br />approved, in light of the short remaining construction schedule. <br />It was moved by Manager Miller, seconded by Manager Lindley, that <br />the permit be issued, based upon staff's recommendation, upon <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Engineer's Report <br />It was mov«. oy Manager Lindley, seconded by Manager Miller, <br />that the agenda be suspended in order to hear the engineer's <br />report. Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />1. level. Staff reported that as of October 17, 1991, <br />the lake level was 928.90 feet, with the flow at the Gray's Bay <br />dam being 124 cfs. It is anticipated that the target lake level <br />of 928.6 feet should be reached or. or about November 1. <br />2. Cray's B»v Haadwaters Ooeratino Policy. Staff reported <br />that the operating policy is up for renewal. Staff intends to <br />ggnd out copies of the policy to jurisdictions and businesses who <br />could be directly affected.
