• •rr' ■■: <br />1 1 i *'! • <br />L - -^' *j —- <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />October 17, 1991 <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRiq||Mi a a <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS ipw t i <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District was called to order by Vice-Chairman Love <br />at 7:40 p»m. on Thursday, October 17, 1991, at Wayzata City Hall <br />in Wayzata, Minnesota. <br />Managers present: Love, Maple, Lindley, and Miller. <br />Managers absent: Erickson, Thomas and Chairman Spensley. <br />Also present were Board Advisors Quanbeck and Jones. <br />Approval of Agenda <br />It was moved by Manager Lindley, seconded by Manager Maple, <br />that the agenda be adopted. Upon vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Approval <br />The Managers reviewed the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />September 19, 1991. It was moved by Manager Maple, seconded by <br />Manager Lindley, that the minutes of the September 19, 1991, be <br />approved. Upon vote, the minutes were unanimously approved. <br />Approval of Permit Applications <br />It was moved by Manager Lindley, seconded by Manager Maple, <br />that permit applications 9l-»S0. citv of Richfield; —B.fUCfl <br />Clark; and si-137. of Plymouth be approved, based upon <br />reconnendation of staff that the applicants had met all applicable <br />rules. Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Tahlipo of Permit Application <br />It was moved by Manager Lindley, seconded by Manager Maple, <br />that permit application 9i-i33. united Power Asaocia^n be <br />tabled, based upon staff recommendation that the application is <br />not complete.
