''SAH I5. <br />Orono adopts a resolution to approve the preliminary layout of CSAH 15 From <br />110 to CSAH 19 as a two lane roadway with bypass lanes at the intersections. <br />The resolution also concurs with the County’s request to seek a variance for <br />CSAH 13 from CSAH 110 to CSAH 19 and for CSAH 15 from CSAH 19 to Hillside <br />Drive in Wayzata for one lane in each direction with no more than 8 foot <br />wide shoulders. <br />Soring Park adopts a resolution to approve the preliminary layout and <br />concurs with the iance request. <br />Mound adopts a resolution to approve the preliminary layout and concurs with <br />the variance request. <br />A variance was granted for a 44 foot roadway between CSAH 110 and CSAH 19 <br />except that a full 52 foot with no parking be provided west of Wilshire <br />Boulevard to CSAH 110. A variance was also granted on CSAH 15 from CSAH 19 <br />to Hillside Drive for slower speeds at Bracketts Point (25 mph) and at <br />Lafayette Road and Orono Lane (35 mph). <br />Spring Park approves the detail for the reconstruction of CSAH 15 from CS^h <br />110 to CSAH 19. <br />Hound approves the detail plans. <br />Orono pproves the detail plans. <br />Bids are opened. <br />The Contract is awarded to Hardrives Inc. <br />4
