Ayes 5. nays 0. <br />(#8) #1828 ERIC WILSON/TIM TRAFF <br />2883 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />VARIANCE REVISION - RESOLUTION #3033 <br />Eric Wilson was present for this application. <br />Moors# explained the Council originally approved area and lot <br />width variances for this property to allow construction of a new <br />residence. The property since has been sold and the new owner is <br />requesting e revision to that request, but not exceeding square <br />footage encroachment approved for the Treff house. <br />Butler noted that the request has been approved by the Planning <br />Coemission and the neighbors have no objections. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt Resolution <br />#3033 for Application #1626 for Eric Wilson of 2603 North Shore <br />Drive. requesting approval of a variance revision for <br />construction of a new residence.
