Gregory II, David J. Duff and Edward H. <br />Hamm (hereinafter "the applicants"), to wit: <br />#677 Made 3-1-82 by Gregory and Duff for a 4-lot residential <br />subdivision; withdrawn after 7-26-92. <br />#701 Made 8-28-8 2 by Gr egory and Duf f for a 2-lot residential lot­ <br />line rearrangement subdivision, later amended to include <br />Hamm. <br />#*»2 ade 1-21-83 by r ••y requesting vacation of Brackett <br />Avenue and determli. .vn of right-of-vay width for County <br />Road 15 abutting the ^regory. Duff and Hamm properties, all <br />to facilitate completion of the #701 subdivision plat. <br />NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS OF PACT <br />1. Land Involved in applications #701 and #726 is owned and recorded <br />as follows: <br />Gregory: Tax parcels PID 82-117-23 33 3007 (Exhibit A-1 attached) <br />PIO 02-117-23 33 0008 (Exhibit A-2 attached) <br />PID 11-11*7-23 22 0001 (Exhibit A-3 attached) <br />parcels A-l & A-2 first acquired by deeds from the P. D. <br />McMillan estate in November, 1961; parcel A-3 first <br />acquired by deed from Sally Kallestad in October 1976; the <br />attached legal descriptions being as recorded in said <br />deeds. <br />'4 <br />i.
