Dragonfly Hill <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth; <br />As we have discussed, this letter is to request that the matter of the construction of a <br />fence by the City, as referenced on page 16 of City of Orono resolution #1482. be <br />brought before the City Council for review. <br />Ongoing public use of the Brown’s Bay shoreline of Lake Minnetonka has continued to <br />result in trespassing and littering of Mr. Hamm’s property. It appears that the City <br />originally intended ti r-onstruct a fence betweeiJ the Brown’s Bay shoreline outlet and <br />the Hamm proper-y to discourage trespassing. We are requesting that this fence be <br />installed. <br />Please advise me of any additional requirements to have this request considered <br />Sincerely. <br />Clinton A.
