Ho <br />felt that having an overall Comprehensive Plan would be helpful <br />when attending meetings of other organizations. <br />Goetten felt because of the level of involvement of the Park <br />Commission, a liason should be established to help the Commission <br />with their work. <br />Flint noted that would be helpful as Gerhardson is the only <br />person serving as liason and cannot keep up with requests. He <br />advised that other cities receive money in a combination of ways, <br />such as user fees, operating budgets, park dedication and <br />bonding.
