A portion of <br />this grant includes the affected cities and related organizations <br />providing in-kind services related to pubiic information and <br />education regarding water quality. Attachec a description of <br />the public information program and a re: Jtion indicating <br />support for the grant application and an agt?ement to provide a <br />representative on the Public Information/Education Committee. <br />Paul Nelson, a representative from James M. Montgomery Consulting <br />Engineers, who are working on this grant for the Watershed <br />District will attend the October 28th Council meeting to provide <br />information and answer questions regarding the grant and the <br />Public Information/Education Committee.
