A representative will attend <br />the October 28th Council meeting to present further information <br />concerning the request. <br />John Gerhardson has indicated the City currently has room to <br />store the decorations. He also indicated that if the Council <br />agrees to providing for the installation and removal of the <br />banners and decorations, he would recommend that the City <br />contract for this service rather than assigning city personnel to <br />this project.
