The 60 day review <br />period ends on August 18, 2024. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicants are the new owners of the subject property which is situated near the north end of <br />Ivy Place. The neighboring property has a flag-like configuration and the home is located entirely <br />behind the applicants’ property. An average lakeshore setback variance is requested to construct a <br />new home on the property.
