Members concurred that existing paving improvements <br />could be reduced and recommended that the cul-de-s c roadway be <br />trimmed back to a 14' width. The Planning Commission recommended <br />unanimous approval of the Graham improvement project as proposed <br />subject to the existing cul-de-sac being trimmed back to a 14' <br />width. The enclosed resolution has been drafted based on the <br />hardships cited by applicant and the condition of approval set <br />forth by the Planning Commission. Applicant has submitted the <br />revised hardcover facts and revised site plan. <br />Please note the hardcover facts were adjusted based on <br />staff's findings as shown on Exhibit G.
