We see the City of Wayzata’s concern at being that of having thn opportunity to respond by the special board meeting of October 16.Since the timing of your next council meeting If October 15, the board would remain open to the suggestions your council may have as a result of its October 15 meeting. These comments miy then be presented to the LMCD board at the October 16 meeting. Since the final review and adoption of the management plan is the only purpose of that meeting, the board will have the opportunity to give your response full and thorough consideration at th«' time. We trust this will meet your council's objectives. It also serves the LMCD board's eoal to have the board members who have been Instru* mental in developing this plan the pas. :hree years, be the board members as the group to ratify its newl^ revised content.
