2. Applicant and future owner of Lot 1, Block 1 is hereby <br />advised that any future land alterations proposed below the <br />1018.7 elevation [100 year flood plain elevation] shall require a <br />conditiional use permit. If land alterations are proposed within <br />the designated wetland portion of the drainage easement defined <br />at the 26’ setback from the 1017.7 elevation of the wetland sha 11 <br />require a conditional use permit and variance application. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />the Hennepin County Recorders Office or Registrar of Titles <br />Office on or before March 23, 1992, together with the certified <br />original copy of this Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above.
