■j7' r'”.7?^ <br />A RB80LUTI0N APPROVING THE PLAT OP <br />KELLY 2ND ADDITION <br />APPLICATION NO. 1573 <br />NBBRBASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHBRBASf the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and saf^ 3evelopment of <br />land within the City; and <br />NBBEBAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />Cl*.ss III sybdlvislon of a 3 lot plat by Carol J. Kelly and James Massey, <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers”); <br />WHBRBASf the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br />the LR*1C lakeshore residential zoning district finding that each lot is <br />of a else and configuration that will allow the continued use of Lots 1 and <br />3 for single family residential use without the need of any variances and <br />Lot 2 to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br />NBBRBASr the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2869. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />3. Subdividers have completed the realignment of the drainage ditch <br />along the shared lot lines of Lots 2 and 3. Drainage easements <br />have been granted over the realigned drainage ditch on the plat. <br />4. Applicant has completed the removal of 398 s.f. of existing <br />hardcover on Lot 1. <br />5.
