Exhibit B. Ms. Kelly has advised that her surveyor has staked the area of hardcover to be removed and the section of the drainage ditch to be realigned. It is staff's understanding that these will be completed prior to your Monday meeting. Staff will confirm. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted based on those improvements being ccxnpleted by applicant as a condition of final plat approval. The issue of Park Dedication Fee and time of payment has not been included until Council first acts on Ms. Kelly's special request. Staff has enclosed other exhibits involved with the review of #1573 that refers to the application of the Park Dedication Pee Ordinance for this current application (Page 3 of Exhibit A and Page 3 of Exhibit C). If Council agrees that the Park Dedication Fee may be paid at the time of the issuance of the building permit. Condition 4 may be amended to include payment of a Park Dedication Fee along with the sewer and water unit charges.
