Installation of the apron would <br />result in the loss of a tree and increase the potential for <br />accident by moving a backout apron so close to the 8' drop in <br />elevation. Hardcover fact sheets shows the same amount of <br />hardcover reduction at 33.4%. <br />In light of the pressures upon applicant to commence <br />construction because of the time of year and the lack of a <br />heating system within the structure^ staff has drafted an <br />approval resolution based on applicant's amended proposal. If <br />meters feel the Planning Commission's recommendations option is <br />more appropriate, the resolution can be easily amended to include <br />the removal of the middle drive and the installation of the <br />apron. A member of the Planning Commission may be present in the <br />audience to comment on applicant's 2unended proposal. <br />.. r
