BIG ISLAND <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/VARIANCE - RESOLUTION #3006 <br />VACATION - RESOLUTION #3007 <br />Mr. Thomas Judd was present for the review. <br />Qerhardson explained the applicants request a conditional <br />use permit and variance to allow day use activities with some <br />overnight camping, and to allow structural repairs to a deck <br />located within the lakeshore protected zone. Applicants are <br />also requesting the vacation of the dedicated right-of-way. <br />Mabusth explained that the portion to be vacated runs <br />between the two parcels owned by applicant and together the <br />parcels equal the 5 acre minimum lot requirement. She also noted <br />that the Planning Commission requested conditions to be <br />Incorporated within the resolution of approval. <br />Butler asked if the concerns of the adjacent nelghpor. <br />Erickson, have been satisfied. <br />Mabusth noted that all concerns have been addressed an: .hat <br />the City has received no further Input from either the Er<.*^5ons <br />or their attorney. <br />Butler felt that the use was 1r. keeping with the zoning for <br />the property, but she felt that the use should be properly <br />Inspected. <br />Goetten asked about the deck to oe constructed.
