The first is adjacent with Highway 12 . This <br />sign is approximately twelve square feet in size. The <br />other is adjacent with County Road 6 . It's size is approximately <br />four square feet» with that in mindf our sign requirement <br />needs would be fulfilled with the current sizes now on the <br />property. <br />Lighting Needs:On the property exists a 500 watt mercury vapor <br />security light. The existence of this light is located on the <br />northwestern position of the parking lot. Addition to this plan <br />will be a 150 watt light for visual improvements to the property <br />and to our sign. <br />Proposed Landscaping on Site:Currently* no major landscaping <br />will be necessary other than removing weeds. The removal of six <br />old produce display boxes and clean up of debris left from <br />the wind blown Paul's Produce sign would be included in our plan. <br />At this property* we would have the removal of all vacant <br />vehicles that are now displayed for sale. <br />Proposed Changes to Exterior:The only exterior changes to this <br />property are the colors of the building. The colors presently <br />are florescent yellow with a blue trim. <br />p.
