Mabusth <br />P.O.Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay/ Minnesota <br />55323 <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />This letter is written response to your <br />inquiries involving my application ID. no. 29-118-23-34-0009 . <br />The following is a detailed description of the six points <br />that you included in your letter that I received on July 28, 1991 <br />Site Plan: <br />The site plan sent to you shows the existing <br />fifteen parking spaces that are now set up on the property. <br />The property already possesses 15,000 square feet of existing <br />bituninous/ with a six inch class no. 5 gravel under base. <br />The parking area has been measured and stripped to assure <br />organized parking. In addition, the property contains a <br />24*x26* storage facility that will store our delivery vehicle <br />and naintenance equipment that would be necessary for the <br />mainten^'^ro of the property. The building, that is <br />3/000 square feet/ will provide us with ample space to eliminate <br />the need for outside storage. A refuse container and a concrete <br />pad for recycling will be added to the northern adjacent side of <br />the main building. <br />Size of Company: <br />Our company has been in existence for 18 months. <br />We grossed sales of approximately $51,000 between Jan.31, 1990 <br />through Jan.30, 1991. We have two employees which include myself <br />and a business partner. Additionally, we employ a state licensed <br />master electrician for consulting work involving new products <br />and code requirements. Our company hours are currently, 8:00 am. <br />though to 6:00 pm. Monday though Friday. <br />JLLi 1
