Zoning File #1663 <br />August 30, 1991 <br />Page 3 <br />2.Outlet A shall be designated as an unbuiidabie lot and <br />available for combination with adjacent residential <br />properties on north side of County Road 84. <br />3.Access to Lot 2 shall be via an existing private <br />driveway along the east boundary of the property. <br />Access corridor must be located at the most <br />southeastern portion of the property not to exceed a <br />25 ’ width. A 20' separation must be maintained between <br />finished drive and proposed drainfield area. <br />4.Applicant has agreed to remove 12.3’ x 16.4' shed on <br />west side of original barn and 22* x 40.5* pole barn on <br />east side of original barn. Applicant shall remove <br />additions to original barn no later than the fall of <br />this year. As original barn meets the area allowance <br />for a 2 acre property, orginal barn may be allowed to <br />stay for 1 year from the date of final plat approval. <br />5.Future owner is placed on notice that existing <br />residence on proposed Lot I does not qualify for duplex <br />use per Orono Municipal Codo Section 10.28, Subdivisior <br />3 (A). The existing finished habitable area in the <br />lower level of the residence does not qualify for <br />sleeping room/bedroom use. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the approval <br />recoounendation of the Planning Commission. <br />lav <br />I.K
