VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />PRESENTATION <br />Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (Postponed to July 8) <br />8.2023 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report <br />Tyler See from Abdo Solutions presented the 2023 audit results, issuing an unmodified or clean opinion. <br />He said there were some journal entry adjustments made during the audit that were deemed to be material <br />in nature, and a decrease in the city’s fund balance from the target 45 percent to 36 percent. <br />FINANCE REPORT <br />9.Property Assessment Service Contract –Hennepin County <br />This item was added to the consent agenda. <br />COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />11.City Council Committee Reports <br />Maria Veach reported on the Council Communications Committee. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Ritchie Anderson, 3205 Crystal Bay Road, Orono,provided comments. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />Mayor and Council provided reports. <br />6
