Application information roust provide total membership including <br />family members. <br />In the rescheduling of your application before the Planning <br />Commission, staff would strongly suggest that you review all pertinent <br />sections of the RS District code and to submit an addendum that responds to <br />the City's concerns, i.e. telephone service, emergency preparedness <br />(procedure/plan for emergencies), garbage removal, etc. <br />As already noted by the Planning Commission, the legal combination of <br />the parcels would be required as a condition of the approval of the <br />conditional use permit.
