Judd, an authorized representative of Big Island, Inc., is hereby <br />granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that the unimproved <br />right-of-way legally described above is hereby vacated. The granting <br />of the petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation the <br />applicant shall execute a special lot combination with the City to <br />ensure the two properties are legally defined as one since current <br />vehicle used to convey ownership of parcels prevent legal combination <br />by Hennepin County. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held August 12, 1991. <br />ATTESTt <br />Dorothy M.
