f- <br />0- <br />%AMINUTES OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORIl <br />or ORONO, MINNESOTA <br />HELD JULY 22, 1991 <br />ROLL CALL: <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority met on the abcW^i^ <br />date with the following members present: Barbara Peterson J. <br />Diann Goetten, Edward Callahan, and Gabriel Jabbour. Mary Butler ^ <br />v/as absent. Also present were City Attorney Thomas Barrett, <br />Charles Kelley, and City Recorder Laurie Scheffler. The meeting <br />was called to order at 8;46 p.m. <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Peterson, to nominate <br />the following persons to serve as officers of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority: Gabriel Jabbour as Chair, Mary Butler <br />a., Vice-Chair, and Charles Kelley as Secretary. Ail voted aye. <br />Motion passed. <br />ADOPTION OF BY-LAViS <br />It was agreed by the Authority that the City Attorney be <br />directed to properly complete the By-Laws. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten. <br />the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Orono <br />Meeting at 8:50 p.m. All voted aye.
