IV <br />S 10.02 <br />SBC. 10.02. DEFINITIONS. As used in this Zoning Chapter the <br />following words and phrases shall mean: <br />1. "Accessory Use or Structure" - A use or structure <br />subordinate' to and serving the principal use or structure on the <br />sam« lot and customarily incidental thereto. <br />69. "Structure" - Anything constructed or erected, the <br />use of which requires a location on, below or above the ground, or <br />attached to something having a location on the ground. <br />Source: Municipal Code <br />Effective Date: 9-14-67 <br />71. "Use" - The purpos- or activity for which the land or <br />building thereon is designated, arranged, or intended, or for which <br />it is occupied, utilized or maintained, and shall include the <br />performance of such activity as defined by the performance <br />standards of the Zoning Chapter. <br />72. "Use—Accessory" - A use subordinate to the principal <br />use on a lot and exclusively used for purposes incidental to those <br />of the principal use. <br />74, "Use-Permitted" - A use which may be lawfully <br />established in a particular district or districts, provided it <br />conforms with all requirements, regulations, and performance <br />standards (if any) of such districts. <br />75. "Use-Principal" - The main use of land or buildings <br />as distinguished from subordinate or accessory uses. A "principal <br />use* may be either permitted or conditional. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />^ Sec /®.0”3 Subd. 9. Accessory Buildings. <br />A. Time of Construction. No accessory building or <br />structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time of <br />construction of the principal building to which it is accessory. <br />1
