As noted it is <br />anticipated that interviews would be conducted the week of July <br />15th and selection at the July 22nd meeting, if feasible. It is <br />suggested that the committee include? 2 Council, 1 Planning <br />Comsission, a Facility Committee member plus City Administrator, <br />Public Works Director and 1-2 Building Inspectors. <br />Issue #6 - Draft Brochure - Attachment E represents initial work <br />on the bofchure. <br />Issue #7 “ Restrictions of Monies - Attachment F represents the <br />draft preAnted last time regarding restrictions of money and it <br />would be appropriate to see if this captures the essence of where <br />Council would like to go. This could actually be structured in a <br />number of ways once we know what the basic "rules of the game <br />Council wants are.” <br />Issue #8 - Establishment of Hearing Dates - As noted in <br />Attachment G the schedule that we are currently working from has <br />some tentative dates and its a function when the brochure goes <br />out we would like to establish dates either using the schedule or <br />set up dates that are agreeable with Council. <br />ALTEMIATIVBS <br />Issues >1 - #4. <br />1.
