Indicate to Council the results of site negotiations. <br />5. Select a group of individuals to assist in interviewing <br />construction manager candidates. <br />6. Present the initial draft of the brochure prepared by Boarman <br />arid Associates. <br />7. Further discuss direction for restriction of monies. <br />O. Establishment of a public information and hearing schedule. <br />IMmrouCTIOM - At the last meeting Council directed publication <br />of a notice for an HRA hearing on July 22, 1991. Attachment B <br />represents financial updates primarily corrections that were <br />presented last time. In addition Council directed ®taff to <br />sollcite for a construction manager with Attachment D <br />representing those requested with authorizing the consultant to <br />begin the public information draft brochure. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />issue #3 - Initial Design Meeting - The meeting was held with <br />n^yeral iiTsues discussed. The next meeting is July 16th at 5:00 <br />P.
