Applicant proposes <br />installation of a detached garage, 28'x34', at a maximum <br />height of 14' to be installed to the northwest of the <br />existing church structure. All required setbacks for the <br />RR-IB soning district and the above noted ordinance section <br />have been satisfied. The building is proposed 90* from <br />nearest lot line. <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (B) - Height restrictions. No <br />accessory building in an R District shall exceed height of <br />principal building nor height of 30'. Proposed building is <br />at a 14* maximum height. <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (E) - Accessory structures in <br />excess of 750 square feet footprint area shall be located at <br />least 15' from any lot line. The proposed detached <br />structure is at 952 square feet.
