Also <br />algae will not grow when the water is circulating which <br />means if there is heavy rain, the run off which would <br />drain into Lake Minnetonka would not contain algae, etc. <br />The Army Corps, of Engineers suggest we erect an errosion <br />barrier to stock pile excess dirt behind. We will haul away <br />the excess dirt as well as the debris which may be buried <br />in this wetland.
