Planning Commission <br />determined that they are to be considered as a fence, and because they are <br />in yards adjacent to dedicated public streets, can be no higher than 3 1/2' <br />per the non-encroachments sections of the Code. No permit is required, but <br />the pillars must be cut back to 3 1/2* high above existing grade. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional information.
