Bernhardson, C^wj Administratorv^ \ <br />July 3, 1991 <br />V ^V <br />SOBJBCTi Administrator's Information <br />1950 SHORELINE DRIVE - As you may have noticed the owner has <br />disassembled the cabins at 1950 Shoreline and only has to remove <br />the necessary debris and clean up the site as appropriate. <br />HOLDING TANK - 315 CRESTVIEW - See attached memo. <br />360 AND 370 LEAF STREET - See attached memo. <br />HIGHWAY 12 DAMAGE CLAIM - Quite some time ago the property owner <br />at ^166 Waysata Bouelvard appeared before the City Council to <br />coaiplaln about a mechanics lien being placed against his property <br />as a result of the Highway 12 sewer and water project. <br />The property oimer was not satisfied that the City was doing what <br />is necessary to get the mechanics lien released. Both the City <br />Attorney and myself have attemped more than once to resolve the <br />matter but cannot get a response from the contractor's attorney. <br />We are continuing to attempt to resolve the matter, but have been <br />unsuccessful.
