As I told you Friday, John has been offered <br />a promotion with BFI. but it includes relocating to St. Louis, <br />Missouri. <br />My resignation will be effective following the completion of the <br />minutes from the July 22, 1991 Council meeting.That will <br />include the normal process of providing a rough draft and a final <br />draft. <br />I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I have <br />enjoyed working for the City of Orono.
