^3r <br />I <br />h <br />r <br />i <br />I <br />1)His/her own transportation as he/she deems <br />necessary for performance of services. <br />He/she has 2 telephone lines (1 incoming/1 <br />outgoing) for his/her business and will provide <br />the City with a FAX number if one is utilized in <br />the business. <br />CITY shall provide; <br />1)Necessary filing area for purpose of maintaining <br />required city assessment records. <br />All of the equipment and supplies necessary or <br />required for performance of services set forth <br />in th. Agreement, including a 1979 or later set <br />of aerial photographs. <br />Pay for all direct expenses, including those <br />forms and supplies, film, aerials and other <br />miscellaneous and homestead material and <br />postage. <br />5.Compensation. The CITY agrees to pay the ASSESSOR <br />for such services the sum of $67,800.00 for the period 1 September, <br />1990 to 31 August, 1991 payment shall be in 12 monthly installments <br />of $5,650.00, commencing the last day of September, 1990, and <br />continuing on the last day of each month thereafter through August, <br />1991. <br />6.Minnesota-Statutes. This Agreement has been entered <br />into in consideration of the obligations and requirements set <br />forth in Minnesota Statutes as the same apply to real estate <br />assessing procedures. Both parties agree that any major changes <br />in such requirements during the term of this Agreement shall <br />necessitate a renegotir n of the compensation called for <br />herein. <br />7.Representation by Assessor. <br />1)ASSESSOR represents that he/she is a Certified <br />and Licensed Minnesota Assessor under Chapter <br />273 of Minnesota Statutes and that he/she is a <br />qualified real estate appraiser? further, that <br />lM
