Subsequent to that Jim Brimeyer has met with <br />the Council and department heads 'd developed Attachment A. <br />Attachment B set a time for employees to give input into the <br />process for City Administrator. Attachment C is a newspaper <br />notice setting the time for the public. <br />DISCUSSION “ The outline is presented for your review and <br />approvaTI <br />Mr. Brimeyer will be available for Council to give reaction and <br />changes they may desire to the draft profile at; <br />€s30 P.M. <br />MONDAY, JULY 8, 1991 <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />30 minutes prior to meeting <br />A1.TERNATIVES <br />1.Accept. <br />2.Amend and accept. <br />3.Table. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that after Council makes any <br />amendments that the position description be approved and <br />authorized for use in screening candidates for the position of <br />city administrator. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , Council approves <br />the postion description for the position of city administrator to <br />be utilized by Sathe & Associates during their search process. <br />Ayes , Nays _. <br />M-
