This request is based upon the following <br />reasons: <br />1.The building site is relocated for greater privacy, greater distance from Watertown <br />Road, and the desire to lake advantage of distant views to the north west. <br />2.The garage, visitor parking and drive are removed from the anticipated views to the <br />southeast from the residence elevated on the hill. We will plant out the drive to Lot 1. <br />3.The trees on this property are its major value to us.
