As of that inspection, the arn <br />lanes have yet to be defined by striping. <br />Staff recrmmends approval of the aft jt-the-fact conditional <br />use permit/variance application for the Hennepin County <br />Department of Transportation for storm sewer improvements within <br />the lakeshore protected area located at the intersection of <br />County Roads 15 and 51 based on the following findings: <br />1.The proposed improvement plans have met the standards of <br />the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District - permit issued April <br />22,1991. <br />2.The storm sewer plan satisfies ail pertinent standards <br />of Section 10.55 of the zoning code. <br />_ _
