Applicants
propose to construct a detached 20'x2i^garage. In order to
Keep that garage in line with the existing driveway and to
avoid distrupting existing retaining walls, they request a
5.5* side setback variance, allowing a 4.5' side setback for
the garage.
2.Existing 75-250' hardcover is 34.9%. Applicants' proposed
hardcover removals in conjunction with the garage
construction, reduce this to 30.9%. A small portion of the
rear of the lot is in the 250-500' zone. Removal of an
existing shed will reduce the existing 35.5% down to 6.0% in
the 250-500* zone.
Discassion -
Applicants propose to remove all rock/plastic hardcover, in
addition to reducing portions of gravel parking area which will
no longer be needed, and will be removing an existing shed
structure in poor condition.
